- Preparing month end P&L, Balance Sheet and reporting pack, and explaining variances against budget
- Finance business partnering with key teams throughout the wider business
- Review and challenge of monthly accruals for the wider business
- Owning and challenging the output of the Overheads team
- Overseeing sales ledger processes and manual payment processes
- Monitoring revenue tracking processes for online and store operations
- Preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly regulatory returns (VAT, ONS, Intrastat)
- Assisting with year end audit
- Other tasks as required
- Experience in a commercial organisation
- Experience preparing management accounts with commentary
- Strong Excel skills, with experience of financial modelling (desirable)
- Professional qualification desirable (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or similar)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- The confidence to challenge existing practices and seek improvements
