We are working with a prestigious Chartered Accountancy practice that is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their growing Financial Planning division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established team of Chartered Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and Administrators in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners
  • Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Support the preparation of client reports and documentation

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an IFA administration role
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and products
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
