Candidates must be FRICS/MRICS Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property.

A Private business, over the years the company have developed a great reputation in the market and thrives on long established repeat business clients. The work will predominately be Commercial valuations around loan security but will as include some high value residential developments as well.

For this role, the client will need someone FRICS / MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, ideally with at least 3 years post qualification experience in commercial property / general practice with a track record of the provision of Red Book compliant valuations.
