As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial contracts, from contract negotiation to contract reviews with suppliers. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to review contracts and ensure that risks are minimised and terms are agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review all contracts with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with UK law- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible outcome for the company- Conduct contract reviews with suppliers to identify potential risks and ensure they are mitigated- Collaborate with the buyer to agree upon the terms of the framework- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations to ensure contracts are compliant- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth contract management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Management- Previous experience in contract management, preferably in the manufacturing industry- Strong knowledge of UK laws and regulations related to commercial contracts- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate potential risks
