As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial contracts, from contract negotiation to contract reviews with suppliers. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to review contracts and ensure that risks are minimised and terms are agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review all contracts with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with UK law
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible outcome for the company
- Conduct contract reviews with suppliers to identify potential risks and ensure they are mitigated
- Collaborate with the buyer to agree upon the terms of the framework

Requirements:
