We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team for a large-scale industrial project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical installations, maintenance, and ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage electrical installation and commissioning activities on site.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
Coordinate daily activities of electrical teams and subcontractors.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all electrical work is completed in accordance with the project specifications and codes.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during project execution.
Prepare and submit reports on electrical progress, issues, and completed work.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical regulations, safety standards, and industry trends.
Ensure the timely procurement and proper handling of electrical materials and equipment.
Collaborate with other supervisors, engineers, and project managers to ensure the overall success of the project.
Oversee the training and development of junior electrical team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role within an industrial or construction environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and safety protocols.
Experience in supervising electrical teams on large-scale industrial projects.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly and efficiently.
A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Relevant electrical certifications and qualifications.
Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
