Western Counties Roofing are seeking a Contractors Manager to be based in Plymouth Join a leading roofing contractor delivering high-quality solutions to major housebuilders and commercial developers across the Southwest. Operating on over 140 sites, Western Counties Roofing manage roofing, metal sheeting, cladding, and Solar PV installations for more than 3,500 plots annually.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated Contracts Manager with a solid construction background to oversee the execution of roofing contracts. Experience in roofing is preferred but not essential. As a Contracts Manager you'll manage contract administration, ensure timely project delivery, maintain high safety standards, and lead a team to meet project goals.
Company vehicle will be provided to the Contracts Manager, along with laptop, phone and tablet.
Requirements:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM5:30 PM.
- Office-based with regular site visits (roof access required).
- Must demonstrate leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail.
