About the Role:

We are looking for an ad hoc SEN Teaching Assistant at one of our busiest schools, the succfessful applicant will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Providing individual and small group support to students in the classroom

 * Assisting with classroom activities and resources

 * Supporting students with their academic and social development

 * Communicating effectively with students, teachers, and parents

 * Adhering to all school policies and procedures

Requirements:

 * Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is advantagious

 * A strong understanding of SEN and their associated challenges

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 * Ability to work effectively as part of a team

 * A positive and enthusiastic attitude
