Are You an Electrician Ready for Your Next Challenge?We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Electrician to join a leading engineering services company that has recently secured a major contract, covering a range of commercial buildings across the stunning Devon region. You’ll be working on dynamic sites, including offices, libraries, and public buildings—no two days are the same!
As a Mobile Electrician, you will be delivering electrical services across commercial, NHS, and Ambulance Service buildings throughout Cornwall. This role involves both Planned Maintenance (PPMs) and Reactive Works.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering PPMto industry standards while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety protocols.
- Responding swiftly to Reactive Works, including electrical issues and minor fabric repairs.
- Completing paperwork accurately and on time.
- Conducting logbook audits and preparing engineering reports.
- Interacting with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Electrical Expertise: Fully qualified with experience in fault finding, maintenance, and servicing.
- Competency in the 18th Edition, C&G 2330 Levels 2 & 3, and NVQ Levels 2 & 3.
- Experience in PPMs and familiarity with tasks like meter readings, emergency light testing, and alarm testing.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations, full driving license.
- Desirable: C&G 2391 (or equivalent), experience in PAT testing and basic controls.
Salary & Benefits:
- £38,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
