Graduate Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and track new product introduction projects.
  • Develop and implement capacity planning methods to improve accuracy and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Resolve project delays by collaborating with multiple departments to minimize impact.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within NPI processes.
  • Work closely with the business to plan future requirements based on forecasted demand and analysis.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and business processes (preferably).
  • Project management expertise, including knowledge of Gantt charts and CAD software (SolidWorks is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and influence outcomes.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is a bonus.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
