Plymouth (Hybrid)
Up to £35,000 DOE + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Assurance 3x Annual Salary + Pension 5% Matched + Company bonus based on attendance, productivity, and quality + Company discount scheme and Westfield health.
Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week (Flexible working, core hours to be covered). Core Hours: 9am – 3pm Mon-Thurs and 9am – 2pm on Friday.

The Technical Assistant Role:
- Assisting in the creation and formatting of presentations, reports, and documents.
- Market research and providing analysis on market trends.
- Ensuring presentations are engaging, visually appealing, error free and align with branding guidelines.
- Follow up on action items resulting from meeting, presentations, and discussions.
- Arrange meeting appointment and call, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Arrange travel for technical team members, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Coordinate technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars for the team.
The Successful Technical Assistant:
- Level 3 or equivalent in business administration.
- Highly competent in Microsoft 365. Previous Power BI is desirable.
- Experience of developing presentations.
- Proven experience in researching markets is highly desirable.
