The work covers several sectors including, education, healthcare, commercial, residential and leisure across a number of high-end projectsThe role
  • Develop holistic sustainability strategies
  • Lead the delivery of environmental assessments (such as BREEAM, WELL, HQM, etc) from early design stages through to completion.
  • Undertake a range of modelling and assessment.
  • Support the training of graduate members of the team.
  • Work with other members of the team on research and development initiatives
  • As well as project-related work, we engage directly with industry undertaking research and development studies, and authoring industry guidance.
What are we looking for?
  • Experience with BREEAM, HQM, WELL, Passivhaus, IES would be advantageous
  • Experience working within the built environment sector
  • A passion for creating sustainable solutions
  • Ideally well versed with Whole life carbon assessments, Net zero carbon strategies, Circular economy statements and Environmental impact assessments
