Role Responsibilities
  • Take lead responsibility for all statutory audits, ensuring high standards and compliance
  • Act as the primary client contact for audit services, managing client relationships and expectations
  • Plan audits with the Responsible Individual (RI) and senior team members, assessing risks and guiding the audit process
  • Supervise audit teams, providing on-site leadership and developing team members through coaching and feedback
  • Oversee audit progress, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
  • Conduct closing meetings with clients and report key audit findings to the Client Partner and RI
  • Support the growth of the audit team by contributing to internal training programs and recruitment efforts
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the firm’s audit growth strategy
