Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead audit assignments from planning to completion, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Develop and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and identify opportunities.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and regulations.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
