Our client, Plymouth City Council, are looking for a Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team.
Adult Social Care Lawyer - advising and representing client department in relation to Deprivation of Liberty Application, Deputyship and the interrelation of the Mental Health legislation in Adult Social Care Proceedings. Experience of giving advice on ordinary residence is essential.
