What you will do:
- You will run a full caseload of new build plot sales (on behalf of developers) and new build plot purchases (on behalf of clients)
- Be the main point of contact for developers and clients
Act for new build purchasers:
- Review plot sale contract packs and draft title reports
- Review searches and draft search reports
- Manage lender requirements and certificate of title, review mortgage offers and issuing reports to clients
Act for developers selling new build units:
- Draft contract documentation for estate set up
- Respond to enquiries
- Manage plot sales and reporting to developers & agents
- Manage exchange and completion
What you will bring:
- You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong residential property background
- Plot Sales experience would be a strong advantage
- Strong communication, client care and time management skills
- Passionate about excellence and collaborative teamwork
