Backline Logisticsare looking for HGV Class 1/ C+E drivers to drive bulk cement tankers for our client in Plymouth, Devon for animmediate start. Previous cement tanker experience is not essential as full training is provided, but ideal candidate will have had at least one year of Class 1/ C+E driving experience. You must be physically fit and healthy as there will be some heavy lifting involved.
Usual hours of work are Monday to Friday, starting at either 02:00am or 15:00pm paid at a minimum of 10 hour per shift at 15.00 per hour PAYE. This is an ongoing role.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- You must hold a full UK Class 1 / Category CE License with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- You must hold a current and valid CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Possess a broad knowledge of driving rules and regulations.
- Be clean and professional at all times.
- Possess good written and spoken communication skills.
