Multiskilled Operative - Plymouth Area
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on MOD housing projects in Plymouth and surrounding areas.
This is a permanent role and offers up to a £32,000 salary + van and fuel card. 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
- Going to various MOD properties to carry out responsive maintenance
- All aspects of maintenance work
- Completing a variety of works in various trades
- Must be happy to do plastering
- Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting etc
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Ideally social housing/ MOD experience
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with skills in all trades to use that knowledge in the Plymouth/ Cornwall and Devon area.
