JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive
HOURS: Full Time, Hybrid
Location: Plymouth
Salary: 35K - 45K

Award winning, Legal 500 law firm with offices across the UK. Specialising in Personal injury / Clinical Negligence you will be joining a team of experienced, motivated professionals excelling in your legal career.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Handling your own Caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability files from cradle to grave collaborating with the Serious Injury team.
- Manage both new and ongoing claims, both pre litigated and litigated.
- Meeting clients face to face.
- Attend court proceedings and inquests.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience in Personal Injury law,
- Strong organisational skills
- Qualified Solicitor or Equivalent NQ +
- Experience running your own litigated caseload
- Experience managing EL/Pl files in litigation.
