Registered Manager

As a Registered Manager, you will lead and develop people in your region, by:

  • Leading a learning culture underpinned by the comapnys values: Transparency, Quality, and Engagement
  • Leading the principles of the companys People Strategy
  • Leading and coaching the continuous professional development of your Direct Reports
  • Recruiting, retaining, developing, and engaging your team with compassionate leadership
  • Being a visible coach, motivator, and supporter
  • Undertaking regular quality supervisions, appraisals, debriefs, team meetings, and informal performance conversations with compassionate radical candour.
  • Timely management of staffing matters, including performance and capability
  • Identifying and developing talent for succession planning
  • Ethically recruiting, retaining, developing, and engaging Support Leadership roles (Practice Leaders, Hub Leaders, and Outreach Leaders).

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Diploma in leadership in health, social care & children & young people’s settings or the equivalent or willingness to work towards
