My client is seeking an Assembly Operative to join their production team. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for precision and a background in engineering. You will be integral in assembling basic components, ensuring the highest quality in every piece produced. This position offers the opportunity to work with both manual and pneumatic tooling and occasionally operate CNC machinery.

Day-to-day of the role:•    Assemble basic components and fit inserts using a variety of tools.•    Operate both manual and pneumatic tooling to achieve precise assembly standards.•    Conduct testing and washing of components to ensure quality and cleanliness.•    Apply glues and compounds accurately according to specifications.•    Occasionally operate CNC machinery as part of the production process.•    Maintain a clean and organised work environment to support efficient operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Experience in an assembly role within an engineering or production environment.•    Familiarity with using manual and pneumatic tooling.•    Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards.•    Flexibility to work different shifts, including unsociable hours, to support production schedules.•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
