Commercial Property Solicitor 2–5PQE I’m looking to speak with a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the expanding team at a Legal 500 firm. If you're looking for a role where you can work on high-quality matters, collaborate with a supportive team, and continue growing your career, this could be the perfect fit. The team works with a wide range of clients, from individual owner-occupiers to national property investors. The work is varied and interesting, covering everything from landlord and tenant matters and property acquisitions to commercial development, secured lending, and asset management. You’ll be managing your own caseload, working both independently and as part of a team, and supporting colleagues where needed. Ideally, you’ll be a qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with 2-5PQE, though I’d be happy to speak with candidates outside this range. Strong technical knowledge, great communication skills, and a client-focused approach are key. If you enjoy building relationships and taking a proactive approach to your work, you’ll fit right in. The team has seen significant growth in recent years and continue to expand their client base across a range of sectors. There are plenty of opportunities for professional development, and team members are actively encouraged to get involved in marketing and networking in ways that feel natural to them. The firm value a collaborative and supportive environment where you’ll have the freedom to develop your expertise. In return for your hard work, the firm offer a competitive salary, six weeks’ holiday, a health cashback plan, death in service benefit, a generous bonus scheme, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay. They also believe that life outside of work is just as important as your career, offering hybrid and flexible working options. There are plenty of social events throughout the year, and being based in Plymouth is a definite bonus. The firm is built on fairness, kindness, transparency, honesty, and ambition. They’re also passionate about giving back, whether that’s through environmental commitments – supporting ocean conservation and local re-wilding projects – or through work in the community, from fund-raising events to volunteering initiatives. If this sounds like the kind of place you’d like to work, get in touch to find out more! To apply for this position, please send an updated CV to . For a confidential chat regarding this position, or an overview of the Southwest legal market, reach out to .
