Your Role:
- Manage a caseload of complex contentious probate and trust matters
- Take a lead advisory role on high-value and high-profile cases
- Collaborate with trainees and benefit from dedicated secretarial support
- Opportunity to naturally progress into a leadership or team head position
What You’ll Bring?
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Minimum of 2 years' Litigation experience
- Experience in contentious probate/trusts is essential
- Those with a general dispute resolution experience (to include contentious probate) and an interest in specialising in contentious probate are welcome to applyÂ
