The Role:

  • Manage a diverse contentious probate caseload, including:
    • Will validity claims
    • Inheritance Act disputes
    • Proprietary estoppel and trust disputes
    • Trustee removal and ADR matters
  • You will be delivering exceptional client care, particularly for sensitive legal issues

What you will bring:

  • You will be a qualified solicitor/chartered legal executive with strong litigation experience
  • Contentious probate experience is preferred, but any commercial or civil litigator without this will be considered, as long as you have a strong interest in contentious probate
  • Strong communication, client care and time management skills
  • Proactive, detail oriented and IT confident
  • Passionate about excellence and collaborative teamwork
