Private Client Solicitor required by my client in Plymouth on a locum basis. This role offers the chance to work with a supportive team, providing expert legal advice and assistance to clients on a range of private client matters.

The role will be ongoing while the firm recruits on a permanent basis so is expected to last 2-4 months. The work can be completed on a hybrid basis and the client is happy to consider full or part time options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Advise clients on matters related to inheritance planning, tax, and asset protection.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trust deeds.
  • Handle all aspects of estate administration, including applying for grants of probate and managing the distribution of assets.
  • Provide clients with clear, professional, and timely legal advice and updates on their matters.
