What you will do: 

  • You will run a full caseload of new build plot sales (on behalf of developers) and new build plot purchases (on behalf of clients)
  • Be the main point of contact for developers and clients

Act for new build purchasers:

  • Review plot sale contract packs and draft title reports
  • Review searches and draft search reports
  • Manage lender requirements and certificate of title, review mortgage offers and issuing reports to clients 

Act for developers selling new build units:

  • Draft contract documentation for estate set up
  • Respond to enquiries 
  • Manage plot sales and reporting to developers & agents 
  • Manage exchange and completion 

What you will bring:

  • You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong residential property background 
  • Plot Sales experience would be a strong advantage 
  • Strong communication, client care and time management skills
  • Passionate about excellence and collaborative teamwork
