Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive – Dispute Resolution

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our growing Dispute Resolution department. This role offers a chance to handle a diverse caseload under the guidance of our department head and other senior members, with the potential to specialise in areas such as property litigation, contentious trusts and probate, and commercial and construction disputes.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Work on a wide variety of disputes including property litigation, contentious trusts and probate, and commercial and construction disputes.
  • Over time, specialise in one or more of these areas depending on your interests and department needs.
  • Work predominantly from our Kingsbridge office, with the flexibility to work remotely or from other offices as needed.
  • Engage in networking and client relationship building to enhance the firm’s presence and your professional growth.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Dispute Resolution Department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 to 5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
  • Experience in litigation within the County Courts and/or the High Court.
  • Knowledge in handling disputes in areas such as commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, property damage claims, the Party Wall Act, contested leasehold renewals, enfranchisements, contentious trusts and probate disputes, and construction disputes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet client expectations.
  • Strong networking and client relationship skills.
  • Enthusiasm for excellent client care and a desire to contribute actively to the department’s growth.
