Conveyancing Secretary Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Department

  • Handle client enquiries with professionalism and attention to detail

  • Manage documentation and correspondence related to property transactions

  • Utilise case management software to maintain accurate records

  • Support solicitors with day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Ensure efficient workflow management within the department

Conveyancing Secretary Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar secretarial role, ideally within conveyancing

  • Excellent keyboard and IT skills

  • Strong client-focused approach with exceptional communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Experience with case management software is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
