Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Lubrication Coordinator to join our team at a customer site in Plymouth. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential fluid management and condition monitoring services to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment and machinery. While experience with lubricants is not required, a strong background in maintenance, servicing, or a similar field is essential. We will provide all the necessary training to help you succeed in this role. Your areas of responsibility:

The role will involve providing on-site fluid management and condition monitoring services to our customer, duties will include:

Responsible for managing all on-site activities.

Applying, changing, and topping up lubricants and fluids within plant equipment and machinery.
Working to an agreed planned maintenance schedule.
Managing the waste stream to safely dispose of waste off-site.
Reporting using the company's in-house IT system.
Customer liaison and attending/assisting in meetings.
Follow strict practices and procedures laid down including 5S and H&S.
Must have:

A background in maintenance, servicing, or a similar field.
A consistent work history.
A presentable and customer-facing demeanor.
A good understanding of health and safety.
