You will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of buildings infrastructure for docking a submarine within the dock facility. This involves upgrading the facility and integrating with site-wide service distribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage services and mechanical handling design packages for the 10 Dock Facility.
- Ensure requirements are met throughout the design process.
- Oversee deliverables through the Babcock Design and Technical Governance processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Integrate with other design disciplines to deliver a coordinated facility design.
- Design services and mechanical handling equipment, substantiating requirements throughout the design process.
- Qualifications: Degree in a relevant discipline and Chartered Membership of an appropriate Institution.
- Experience: Proven track record in services and mechanical handling design.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for Security Clearance (5 years residency in the UK/British Passport).
