  • Implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with company goals. Ensure flexibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to meet customer demands.
  • Oversee the 24-hour production process, managing 400+ staff through a team of three shift managers. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and budget standards
  • This role reports direclty into the Managing Director and works alongside 11 other Senior Managers.

The person:

  • Experienced Engineering/Production/Manufacturing Manager
  • Management qualification, BEng in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
  • Background within Automotive highly desirable
  • Sheet metal, paint or assmebly manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage.
