Operations Manager - SC Cleared - Defence
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager, ideally an ex-Navy Commander with experience in estate management, stakeholder engagement, and project or operational leadership. A background in strategic staff roles, providing high-level support within naval or joint headquarters, would be highly valued.
This role will contribute to one of the UK's most critical defence programmes. As trusted partners to organisations in the defence sector, our teams play a pivotal role in safeguarding national security.

£230 - £350 per day (Inside IR35)

Our consultants are deployed into largescale Programmes/Projects to bring expert knowledge to drive sustainable and long-term change and add value to each project / programme.
We are looking for experience across the following:
- Oversee Facilities Management Operations: Ensure the effective management and upkeep of facilities, maintaining high standards of operational readiness and compliance.
- Contract and Supplier Management: Lead the selection, negotiation and monitoring of suppliers and contractors, ensuring service delivery meets organisational requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication across defence programmes.
- Project and Operational Leadership: Manage and coordinate key projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and objectives are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support organisational goals, leveraging experience in high-pressure and complex environments.
