The project is an industrial and logistics warehouse, circa 5m in value, and for the successful Site Manager candidate, there will be a minimum of 6 months of continuous freelance work.
As a company, my client are a top name within the industrial and logistics sector, and are one with a huge amount of work on the park in the South West, so the possibility of continuous long term work is there.

Necessary qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at work
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience withindustrial & logistics type projects are preferrable.
- If notpreviously gained industrial & logistics experience, candidatesfrom a commercial project background will be considered.
- Previous steel frame experience will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of build processes, materials, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency / experiencein construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
