- Develop and execute paid search campaigns on Google AdWords and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct keyword research and A/B testing to refine ad copy and bidding strategies
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust budgets and bids to maximise ROI
- Optimise web content and implement SEO strategies using tools like Google Search Console
- Manage MailChimp campaigns and update online materials
- Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager and other teams
- Assist in developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Maintain customer databases and proofread copy for various platforms
- Collaborate with the Brand Lead to ensure consistent messaging
- Stay current with industry best practices and marketing trends
- A media, marketing, or business-related qualification (or working towards one)
- At least 2 years' experience in a marketing or business-related role
- Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, SEO, and e-marketing tools like MailChimp
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Planner)
- Knowledge of Adobe suites is a bonus but not essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to challenging situations
