Production Technician - Nights

Location: Plymouth
Salary: 28,000 + 48% Shift Premium = 41,736
Shift Pattern: 3 nights on, 3 nights off (11 pm - 11 am)

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient production. Your key duties will include:

• Operating production machinery and assisting with product assembly and pallet release.
• Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery.
• Diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical faults.
• Setting up manufacturing equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Monitoring in-process quality and resolving issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
• Minimising downtime while maintaining planned repair and spare part costs.

We're looking for someone with:

• A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., C&G, HND) or a time-served apprenticeship.
• Experience in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
• Strong maintenance and fault-finding expertise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for healthcare and delivering high-quality solutions.
