Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join their client's dynamic team in Plymouth. The company is a leader in the engineering industry, and they are looking for a driven individual with exceptional technical expertise to take on this exciting role. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimising manufacturing processes to meet the highest quality standards, while driving continuous improvement and implementing lean manufacturing principles. This role offers the chance to use your expertise to manage projects and collaborate on new product introductions, specifically within their paint plant.

Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes to meet quality standards
* Identifying and implementing improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
* Utilising lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement
* Managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and product introductions
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Identifying and resolving any technical issues in the manufacturing processes
