Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2.
- Differentiate teaching methods to support students of varying abilities.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student development and attainment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in primary education.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different learning needs.
- A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
