Service Supervisor Technician

Wise Employment are currently recruiting for a Service Technician Supervisor for an industry leader in specialised Marine services who work with HVAC, Black and Grey Water systems. 

The salary for this role is starting at £35K with company pension, 28 days holiday (Inc BH) plus Christmas off, company uniform and company discount.

Due to growth and expansion within the company, we are recruiting for a full time permanent Service Technician Supervisor with previous experience within Plumbing or Ventilation cleaning as preferred. 

This is an exciting opportunity to travel all over the world also and we are therefore accepting applications from all over the UK.  All expenses will be fully paid for and you may be working on Cruise Ships, Luxury Yachts and offshore sites all over the world so being prepared to travel is essential.  You will be based from home when not on assignment and with full pay,

What your day will look like as a Service Technician Supervisor:

• Developing and implementing Air Hygiene programs.
• Surveying and reporting on HVAC & sanitary systems.
• Managing resources and overseeing a team of ductwork technicians during projects.
• Running projects to the highest standards and in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Training and supervising junior staff members.
• Liaising with ship staff.
• Good working IT knowledge, communication skills, and report writing.
