Band 7 Rotational Specialist Pharmacist - Plymouth

Vivid Healthcare are looking for an experienced Band 7 Rotational Specialist Pharmacist to join a busy unit in Plymouth.

Pay: Up to £60 per hour***

Position Details: Must have at least 6 months UK experience and ideally hold and up to date mandatory training certificate also the following;

• • The post holder will work under the supervision and support of the Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatient and community based services across LSW specialties.
  • The pharmacist will attend ward rounds / MDTs and be responsible for medicines reconciliation on admission, medicines optimisation and provision of clinical services during inpatient stay, and pharmacy authorisation of discharge summaries.
  • The service is located at several sites so the post holder must be able and willing to travel between sites.
  • This is a training post and the pharmacist will be supported to achieve further qualifications.
  • The post holder will be expected to work across the Pharmacy system in both community and secondary care.
