Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Process Engineer to join a leading medical technology company based in the Devon area.

As the Process Engineer, you will master the Production Technology and Maintenance techniques, being responsible for Loss (Breakdown, Waste, Speed), Investigation and Resolution. Implementation of basic maintenance processes for the designated product lines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Process Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Conduct 4 block updates on focus lines and generate initiatives to return lines to LSA.
2. Provide direction to shift teams on problematic areas using data analysis from all sources.
3. Drive centre lining activities for sustained line performance and implement quality improvements.
4. Ascertain opportunities for waste reductions and drive actions to completion.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Process Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Engineering/Mechatronics or a similar field.
2. Extensive industry experience in technical or manufacturing settings.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment.
