We are currently partnered with one of the world's premier high volume, medical manufacturing corporations. They have been at the forefront of innovation for many decades now and show no signs of slowing down.

We are currently looking to add a manufacturing based process engineer to the team on a full time, permanent basis.

Overview:

You will play a vital role in enhancing productivity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Reporting to the area leader, you will be at the forefront of engineering activities, contributing to the improvement of plant facilities and processes.

Tasks to include:

  • Review plans, designs, and improvements for new projects and manufacturing processes.

  • Recommend and complete modifications to equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Provide technical support in the installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of sterilisation equipment.

  • Ensure safe operation and maintenance of steriliser and autoclave equipment.

  • Stay updated on Health and Safety legislation and ensure compliance.

  • Minimise downtime by responding to call-outs and taking emergency action.

  • Prepare project schedules and cost estimates for manufacturing improvements.

  • Coordinate activities to address equipment and plant performance issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments is essential

  • Proficient in fault rectification, process innovation, and project management.

  • Familiarity with maintenance, Quality Control, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

  • Ability to embrace and inspire change, lead personnel, and manage budgets effectively.

  • Previous experience could include: project engineering, process engineering, manufacturing engineer, production engineer etc
