Butler Rose are currently seeking a skilled Production Controller to join their client, a Plymouth based manufacturer. The ideal candidate will be someone who can schedule work centres within the Production environment and ensure the daily plan is achievable and implemented.
This is a permanent Monday to Friday shift role 15:00 - 23:00 (training to be given on 07:00 - 15:00)Duties:-* Scheduling of work centres.* Capacity checks.* Creating and running production reports.* Ensuring that parts are ready for next process in timely manner.* Monitor lead times to customer and product availability along with all other KPI's.* Ensure processes are in place and being followed for auditable actions.* Write and document new process within our quality system.Essential criteria:* GCSE Math and English* Manufacturing experience* Knowledge of planning concepts* Decision making and problem solving skills* Time management.* Willingness to learn.Pay: £30,000.00-£31,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:* Bonus scheme* Yearly bonusBenefits:* Company pension* Cycle to work scheme* Discounted or free food* Free parking* Life insurance* On-site parking* Referral programme* Store discount
