Project Manager - Plymouth

Are you an expert in the construction industry looking for your next role as a Project Manager? I am looking for a natural leader, to join a project starting imminently in Plymouth, Devon.

This is a superb opportunity to join a forward-thinking growing contractor who are about to start a design & build scheme within the education sector.

Your new role will consist of:

Managing all on site teams, ensuring both programme and budget is on track.
Ensure that all on site policies and health and safety procedures are adhered to.
Liaison with commercial team from pre-construction to completion of projects.
Monitoring site activities, site programming and planning.
Chair site meetings and liaise with the client and their representatives.

You will suit this role if you possess the following:

Proven track record as a Project Manager on new build commercial projects, ideally within the education sector.
Good all-round knowledge of the construction processes and modern construction methods.
Good programming and planning skills; able to utilise Power Project would be advantageous.
SMSTS, CSCS, FAW essential
Must be able to obtain a DBS
The ability to work in a live environment, acting in a confidential and professional way.

On offer:

Salary 65,000-70,000 depending on experience
Car Allowance of 5,000
