Project Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI)

Wise Employment are seeking for a Project Manager NPI to join a fantastic Engineering company based here in Plymouth.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects, from planning to execution.
  •  Develop capacity planning strategies to optimise lead times and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  •  Identify and mitigate project risks, keeping projects on track.
  •  Drive a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
  •  Provide data-driven reports to senior leadership.

What You Bring:

  • Project Management Expertise – Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Manufacturing & Engineering Knowledge – Experience in NPI, CAD (SolidWorks preferred), and project management tools.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration – Confident in engaging with teams and stakeholders.
  • STEM Degree – Preferably in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
