Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Plymouth. In this role, you'll manage all costs related to new-build residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered with exceptional value for money while maintaining high standards of quality. What would be some of your responsibilities?
- Overseeing project costs and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing and managing tender packages, subcontract orders, and valuations.
- Collaborating closely with technical, sales, and build teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial performance across projects.

What do we need from you?
- HNC/HND in Surveying or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a PQS/SQS/Commercial Lead within residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and legal obligations.
