Commercial Administrator – Plymouth
We are working with a local construction company to recruit an experienced Commercial Administrator to provide assistance to a busy commercial department.
You will work with the Commercial Manager and team of QS’, duties will include:
- Ensuring contracts are signed within the appropriate time frame and stored correctly.
- Raise PO’s, allocate payments and check invoices, escalating any issues with Senior Management.
- Liaise with the site based teams to check costs, attend site meetings if required.
- General commercial administration support.
Suitable candidates:
- Must be a competent user of IT packages such as Excel and Word.
- Must have experience working within a commercial department, supporting construction teams.
- Must have a driving licence and own transport, due to the need to travel to site on occasions.
There is training and support on offer to progress into a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, for the right candidate.
On offer is a salary circa £28,000 depending on experience, if you are experienced and looking for a higher salary, please call to discuss. My client is happy to pay the right salary for the right person.
