We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team, offering a diverse and expanding role that involves hands-on management of both residential and commercial properties. This position requires dealing with all aspects of property management, including client reporting, landlord/tenant liaison, appointment of contractors, rent collection, and complex service charge administration. There is also the opportunity to develop the role further.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure timely client reporting and effective landlord/tenant liaison.
  • Oversee the appointment of contractors and manage service agreements.
  • Handle rent collection and service charge administration.
  • Maintain high standards of property management and client satisfaction.
  • Work under pressure, both individually and as part of a team, to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills.
  • Experience in property management is required.
