We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West. Based from our clients' Exeter or Plymouth office. Our client carries out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West.

The Property Manager will be managing a mixed portfolio surrounding the Plymouth office inclusive of; residential retail, food & beverage, industrial, offices etc. This is a diverse and expanding role involving hands on management as well as dealing with all aspects of property management from Client reporting, Landlord/Tenant liaison and appointment of contractors through to rent collection and service charge administration.

Property Manager Position Requirements
  • Prior experience managing a commercial or mixed portfolio
  • Service Charge experience
  • Landlord & Tenant knowledge / liaison experience
  • Experience of lease renewals preferred but not essential
  • Full driving licence
  • Able to commute to Exeter or Insurance and work in the surrounding area
  • Good tenure and seeking a permanent role
