I'm excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Sales and Operations Team Leader to join my clients expanding team at their Head Office in Plymouth. This role is integral to supporting both the Head Office and store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in HR and operational processes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Take responsibility for delivering HR support to both stores and Head Office line managers.
  • Handle HR enquiries from Head Office and store colleagues.
  • Assist with and deliver recruitment support for new store openings.
  • Organise and conduct Head Office new starter inductions.
  • Manage and allocate departmental workload effectively.
  • Support the Office Manager with people-related issues within the department.
  • Ensure team members provide efficient service to support store and Head Office operations.
  • Offer operational support for stores and Head Office departments.
  • Create and communicate various reports to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the Head of HR with HR and Recruitment projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing people is preferred.
  • Background in HR and Recruitment is advantageous.
  • High degree of accuracy and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing demands from various stakeholders.
  • Excellent team player with robust communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
