What Youll Do:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will:

  • Lead Client Relationships: Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to deliver exceptional service and long-term value for clients.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Provide Insight: Conduct regular account reviews, providing clients with insights, updates, and performance metrics.
  • Problem Solve: Address challenges proactively to maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.

Experience:

  • Proven success in account management, sales, or client services, with experience managing high-value accounts.
  • Expertise in the training sector is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

  • A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Other:

  • Familiarity with the Plymouth market or surrounding region is beneficial.
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
